Accommodation Details
Le Bousquet is a unique property offering flexible spacious accommodation for up to 14 people with six bedrooms and five bathrooms. If you are looking to visit outside of peak season we offer reduced rates for either two or three bedrooms each with en-suite facilities and with the exclusive use of the property.
Le Bousquet sits in a fully enclosed 3/4 acre plot which has wi-fi high-speed internet throughout the property.
On the ground floor you will find our generous lounge with its comfy sofas and a ceiling fan, a great room to relax and socialise with all the family. There is a LED Smart TV with English Freeview TV channels, French tnt channels and streaming services.
Also on the ground floor our spacious fitted kitchen with island and breakfast bar is equiped with a 5 burner induction hob & two ovens, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle & toaster. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils for your use, together with pans, baking equipment & casseroles. There is even a selection of cookery books and some of our tried and tested recipies for inspiration.
Adjoining the kitchen is our dining room with its feature cantou fireplace and a large farmhouse table with seating for 14. There is a Hi-Fi with Radio and bluetooth connectivity allowing you to stream your music whilst you dine!
The ground floor facilities also include a cloak room/laundry room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer together with clothes airers, iron and ironing board.
From the kitchen and dining area there are doors leading out to a south-facing raised terrace with dining table with seating for 14 and parasols overlooking the pool and garden with far reaching views of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
On the lower ground floor, there is an open-plan family space. Here you will find a second lounge area with access to an outside terrace and the BBQ, plus a summer kitchenette with electric hob, combination microwave oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The lounge is equipped with sofas, a coffee table, a Smart TV, DVD Player and music system. Here we also have a selection of exercise equipment including exercise cycle, rowing machine and weights. In addition there is a games table, plently of board games, puzzles and a selection of books. There is also a cloakroom easily accessible from the pool and covered seating area under the raised deck.
With comfortable seating for 8 on three generous sofas our cinema room is also located on the lower ground floor. It has a UHD LED Smart TV with English Freeview TV channels and French tnt channels, together with a DVD player, surround sound system, a large selection of DVD's and music system with an iPod dock and bluetooth interface.
Bedrooms
Our generously proportioned master bedroom suite is located on the lower ground floor and has French doors with direct access to the heated pool, terrace and garden plus beautiful countryside views over the valley. It has a superking (180cm) bed, sofa, ceiling fan, walk thru wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure, toilet, wash basin and hairdryer providing the ideal space for a blissful nights sleep.
Bedroom 2 is one of our family rooms. Located on the ground floor it has a king-size (160cm) bed plus a single (90cm) bed and a travel cot available on request. The bedroom has french doors overlooking the pool and surrounding countryside also a ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a bath, separate shower enclosure, toilet, wash basin & hairdryer. It also has multicolour ambient LED lighting and a bluetooth music system to provide a soothing and relaxing bathing experience.
Bedroom 3 is our other family room. Located on the ground floor it can be configured with three single (90cm) beds or with a superking (180cm) bed plus a single (90cm) bed, a travel cot can also be supplied on request. The bedroom has large glazed double doors to the front of the property which open out onto a private terrace with seating that catches the morning sun. There is a ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower enclosure, toilet, two wash basins & a hairdryer.
Bedroom 4 is on the upper floor. It is double aspect with windows to the side and rear, and has a king-size bed (160cm), and an en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure, toilet & wash basin. There is also a wardrobe, hairdryer, and bedside tables with lamps and USB charging sockets To ensure a comfortable enviroment the bedroom is fitted with air-conditioning.
Bedroom 5, also on the upper floor at the rear of the property has a standard double bed (140cm). This bedroom shares the shower room accessible from the landing outside the bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, hairdryer, bedside tables with table lamps and usb charging sockets. To ensure a comfortable enviroment the bedroom is also fitted with air-conditioning.
Bedroom 6, also on the upper floor at the front of the property has 2 full size single beds (90cm). This bedroom shares the shower room accessible from the landing outside the bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, hairdryer, bedside table with table lamps and usb charging sockets. To ensure a comfortable enviroment the bedroom is also fitted with air-conditioning.
