Rental Rates
We are happy to take payment in Euros or GBP and will provide a price and payment schedule in your selected currency at the time of booking.
Bookings for the 6 bedroom configuration can be made at anytime. Bookings for the 3 bedroom configuration during the Peak season are taken from the preceding January.
Outside of the Peak season, the property can be rented in a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom configuration where all other amenities are still available. The 2 bedroom occupancy rates below include a 10% discount from the 3 bedroom occupancy rates and the 1 bedroom occupancy rates include a further 15% discount.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

There is an additional Stay Tax of 1€20 per person per night for all guests over 18 years old which will be added to your rental charge.
We will consider up to 2 well behaved dogs by arrangement at a charge of £25 /30€ for each dog per stay.
Should you wish, we offer an optional personal welcome and key handover service at a charge of £40 / 50€
Linen and hand towels, bath towels and pool towels are Included and linen for the cot can also be provided on request.
Bookings can be confirmed with a £350 / 400€ deposit within 3 days of your booking request with the remaining balance paid 60 days prior to rental commencement.
We also require a £350 / 400€ security deposit to be paid with the rental payment which will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the property and upon a satisfactory property check.
Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer, however we also offer payment by credit card or PayPal. if you wish to use another method please contact us.
