Rental Rates

We are happy to take payment in Euros or GBP and will provide a price and payment schedule in your selected currency at the time of booking.

Bookings for the 3 bedroom configuration in the 2025 peak season will be taken from January 2025.

Outside of the Peak season, the property can be rented in a 1 or 2 bedroom configuration where all other amenities are still available.  The 2 bedroom occupancy rates below include a 20% discount from our regular rates and the 1 bedroom occupancy rates include a further 10% discount from the 3 bedroom occupancy rates.

Bookings are currently being taken for 6 bedroom occupancy in the Peak season and 3, 2 or 1 bedroom occupancy at all other times.

There is an additional Stay Tax of 1€10 per person per night for all guests over 18 years old which will be added to your rental charge.

We will consider up to 2 well behaved dogs by arrangement at a charge of £25 /30€ for each dog per stay.

Linen and hand towels, bath towels and pool towels are Included and linen for the cot can also be provided on request.  

Bookings can be confirmed with a £350 / 400€ deposit within 3 days of your booking request with the remaining balance paid 60 days prior to rental commencement. 

We also require a £350 / 400€ security deposit to be paid with the rental payment which will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the property and upon a satisfactory property check.

Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer, however we also offer payment by credit card or PayPal. if you wish to use another method please contact us.
